Carolyn Moss, MSN, RN started placing PICC lines in 1993.
Promoting and supporting the advancement of nursing as an autonomous practice is a major goal for Carolyn. Carolyn has led the way for independent practice nurses in the specialty area of PICC insertion, working as a consultant and making herself available as an expert resource for others.
IV's, Etc. is a team of expert PICC insertion nurses, each selected for being the best possible candidate to perform PICC insertions.  Our team consists of the nurses you would not hesitate to call if you own family member were to require our services.

BETTER STAFF SUPPORT AND EDUCATION
In order to develop and maintain a team approach to care, all staff caring for the patient should be comfortable and knowlegable about this device. 
Hospital staff education is an integral part of the independent contract nurse's duty. 
IV's, Etc. provides inservices on care and maintenance of PICC lines at no charge to contracted facilities.   Staff and Administration can always call with questions and be confident that they will get a knowledgable answer.
